Bo is the linchpin of our company. She keeps everything and everyone together, monitors the structure, and knows how to switch seamlessly between the various interests. In our male-dominated world, she provides overview and balance, while remaining “one of the guys.”

As operational manager, Bo ensures that everything runs smoothly. She keeps track of everything, makes sure everyone knows what's going on, and is always there for her colleagues. With her enthusiasm and commitment, she effortlessly combines work and fun. Under her leadership, people enjoy working together, work hard, and laugh a lot, exactly the balance that characterizes her.

After graduating, Bo consciously chose entrepreneurship within our team. She is now co-owner and fulfills her role with complete dedication. She lives and breathes the business, always thinks one step ahead, and has big plans for the future. In her spare time, Bo enjoys spending time with her family and friends, eating together, laughing, and just relaxing.
