Niels and Bas auctioning for charity
This weekend it was that time again: another spectacular edition of 100% Auto Live in Rotterdam Ahoy. And we were there! A gigantic space of more than 30,000 m2 filled with showcars, food trucks, games, live entertainment and much more! Various stunts, demos, shows and revbattles made this day unforgettable. Of course the Driftshows were not missing in the Live Action Arena and it was a coming and going of the fattest showcars on the Car Catwalk.
This year we were at 100% Auto Live with, among others, a Porsche Cayenne S with a very special story. Together with Automotive Auctions we made this Porsche available to Bas and Niels for 7 months.
Bas Baas and Niels Hoogma are two friends who have dedicated themselves to charity for a year with a unique concept. This year they decided to dedicate themselves to Stichting Opkikker. In addition, they have a wish: to auction off their own car. Automotive Auctions is of course known for auctioning cars. We auction more than 4000 cars per year and wanted to help Bas and Niels with this.
To make this all come true, Niels and Bas decided to establish Foundation Fundracers. On July 16, 2022 Bas and Niels started the Budapest Rally to raise as much money as possible for Foundation Opkikker! This of course requires a real rally car. Therefore we gave Niels and Bas this Porsche Cayenne S at their disposal. With this striking - Super Opkikker - Porsche Cayenne they have been able to visit many events, advertise for Stichting Opkikker, drive the Budapest Rally and most importantly: give kids an unforgettable moment. With the goal of eventually auctioning off this car together and donating the profits to Stichting Opkikker! The Super Opkikker Cayenne is up for auction and can be bid on until November 2.
