If documentation is partially missing, we can in many cases still proceed. We take inventory of the available information and ensure transparency toward buyers in the auction description.
Can you handle vehicles with a lease or seizure?
Yes, we proactively coordinate with the trustee or bailiff. The auction takes place as soon as legal clarity has been obtained, which protects the estate from disputes after the fact.
How do you ensure the "as-is" sale?
