This is a Bugatti 59 (Baby 3), a Bugatti Junior Car built in 2018/2019 at approximately 75% scale. The car is equipped with a 4-stroke 110 cc engine with 7 hp, mated to an R-0-1 (2-3-4) automatic transmission. The gear indicator and shift lever are located on the inside. Starting is done electrically via a 12-volt system.

The accompanying document states that this is a Bugatti Junior Car, described as “a work of art”. The maker states that he built his first Bugatti baby (baby 1), a motorized children's car, in 1990 specifically for his son Matthijs when he was 10 years old. Bugatti built half-scale models of various types at the time. Most models had an electric motor on the rear axle, a few had small combustion engines on the front.
Further, he mentions that he built baby 2 in 2015 and the last one, baby 3, in 2019. The document is signed by Frans Keukens and dated Oud Beijerland, January 2023.
